Pranayama呼吸,了解呼吸法的練習

"能量不是一種身體的呼吸,他是心靈的呼吸,他作用在神經系統。像是藉由血液的流動攜帶著氧氣,藉由神經系統傳遞著能量。 在梵文裡我們稱這個系統為:Nadis"中脈,在中文我們稱之為"meridians"經絡,中醫使用針灸來釋放或是阻斷這個能量。瑜珈士透過練習體位法和呼吸法去增強或中斷流動所有的能量"-Swami Vishnudevnanda.


140414: "Prana is not the physical breath, it is the psychic breath. It iexists in the nervous system. Like oxygen is carried by the blood stream, your prana is being carried through the nervous system. In Sanskrit we call that system 'nadis', in the Chinese language we call it 'meridians'. Chinese doctors use various needles to release or cut of this prana. Yogis use asanas and pranayama to increase or cut off the flow of prana to various regions." - Swami Vishnudevananda
